		<description>The question is, which is worse? A &quot;problem neighbor&quot; or one you don&#039;t know at all. I used to think one you don&#039;t know at all is better. But if you consider more than yourself, the problem neighbor is at least someone you have some influence with. It&#039;s almost like you failed the neighbor that you don&#039;t know at all.</description>
